Cheras 康乐花园 (Connaught) 里的传统好滋味：祥记饱饺点心茶餐室

祥记饱饺点心茶餐室位于康乐花园里，在周末都能见到人潮汹涌。
在我记忆当中，这家点心店已经营业超过20年，是在我记忆中的传统好滋味。
吃点心的好处在于，它不只是一个让你“叹早茶”的地方，也可以当成午餐吃。
往往，周末午餐时间还可以看到很多食客到访。
这间点心店的 Last Order 大约是两点半。
我和欧巴在一个慵懒的星期日中午来吃点心。
话不多说，马上来看看我们吃的点心。
首先介绍本人大爱的鱼卖和冬炎炒米粉。
这里的鱼卖和其它点心店吃到的鱼卖完全不一样。
鱼卖比较紧实，而且颜色不像外面吃到的那样洁白，感觉上比较纯正。
另外，冬炎炒米粉也是我每次到访必点的。
浓浓的冬炎香气扑鼻，炒得干爽的米粉吃起来很过瘾，而且不会辣。
蛋煎成厚块，配着米粉一起吃。
这里独有的韭菜鱼饼，厚实有弹性的鱼肉配上韭菜拿去炸，让人流口水的一道小吃。
强力推荐到访的朋友们试试这道特有的炸料。
这里的烧卖和虾饺都是传统的味道。
味道很不错，厚实。
蒸排骨和糯米鸡的味道中规中矩，没有什么特别。
比较特色的是，这里有不太常见到的奶油包。
奶油包的内陷很香，还可以吃到玉米粒。
叉烧包的味道不错，重点是不会吃到肥肉。
有些叉烧包的内陷有肥肉，让人吃起来很不舒服。
这个是只有周末才推出的焗挞。
有两款，叉烧和奶油。
两者味道还算不赖，值得一试，但是只有周末才有。

old shop is always the best for the traditonal homey dim sum taste :) i love a similar neighbourhood dim sum shop at my place too

OMG miss all these dim sum no matter for breakfast and supper! Yums! All the food look so delicious :D
回复删除the dim sum looks quite special - thought only can get those creative dishes in expensive restaurants but no. will bring my dad there when he's here next week. :)

回复删除First time, I heard about it. I never go to Taman Connaught but the traffic also jam. I want to try pasar malam there. :D I also love dim sum, thanks for this info!
