Sungai Besi 里让人眼花缭乱的糕点 ：pH Pastry House

在 Sungai Besi Lake Fields 一带开了多家 cafe，pH Pastry 算是其中比较大型的一间，所以有天就和欧巴抽空拜访了。
一踏进这家 cafe，就被展示柜里琳琅满目的 pastry 所吸引。
pH Pastry 中最热门推介的是他们的 strudel。
大大的 strudel 上面满铺着糖粉，酥脆的皮夹着水果内陷。

各种各类的 cakes, tarts 和 scones
店家不只提供多种 pastry，主食的选者也一样这么多元化。
我和欧巴分别选了carrot cake 和 homemade apple filling。
Carrot cake 上面洒满脆脆的 walnut 碎，使到整体的口感更丰富。
Carrot cake (RM 15.90)
Homemade Apple Filling 就让我大失所望。
苹果片的口感非常奇怪，失去了苹果应有的脆度。
而且，filling 与 tart 的比例对我来说太小了，下面厚厚一层的饼皮配上浅浅的 filling。

整体上来说，价位稍微偏高，但胜在环境不错。
