Pearl Point 里体验快节奏的港式饮食：不见不散茶餐厅

从朋友和家人听说 Pearl Point Shopping Mall 里开了一间味道不错的港式茶餐室，于是便找了一天去试一试这间连锁店如雨后春笋林立的“不见不散”餐室。
抵达的时候刚好是午餐时间，店里放眼望去都是黑压压的人头。
不见不散的 menu 选择非常多元化，还有港剧里常看到的套餐。
我们点了餐厅正在促销的日式紫菜炒香饭和台式卤肉饭。
原价是多少我不记得了，只隐约记得应该是 20% 折扣。
台式卤肉饭的味道很好，卤肉的咸度适宜，卤肉汁非常地下饭，不知不觉就把整碗饭给吃完了。餐厅用的卤肉偏瘦，让人吃了也不觉得肥腻。
台式卤肉饭 (RM 9.80)
日式紫菜炒香饭很特别。原本单调的蛋炒饭配上了紫菜和鱼卵后，立刻就变身成高级的炒饭了。吃这道饭必须把鱼卵和炒饭混匀，让每个饭粒都沾到鱼卵。一口咬下去时，炒饭的口感变成脆脆的，再搭上紫菜的香味，单调的炒饭就变得丰富许多了。
日式紫菜炒香饭 (RM 7.80)
只要点餐厅正在促销的食物就能以优惠价点饮料。荔枝与火龙果的搭配不错，喝起来蛮清爽的。
荔枝火龙果冰 （RM 3.50)
梅菜瘦肉粥就稍微逊色，梅菜切得很大片，且没味道。
还好滑滑的瘦肉配上玉米粒替这碗粥增添了一些口感。

港式饮食里经典的叉烧酥在不见不散茶餐厅并没有太好吃。
里头的馅料较少，而且味道并不特出。

终得来说，这间主打港式饮食的不见不散茶餐厅里的港式食物不见得很出色。
相反之下，其他文化的食物显得比较特别。
但是，这家餐厅却非常贴切地展示出港式饮食的一个特色，那就是快节奏。
上食物的速度非常的快，然而饭就不是热的，只有粥是热的。

Yea it is a cafe with very quick service, as efficient as Hong Kong, minus the fingers in tea though.

回复删除Long time did not visit Pearl Point Shopping center and I wondering how it look now. Did not notice this place for eating. Should give a visit at Pearl Point again.
