Kajang让人垂涎三尺的北京鸭 :加影斐翠大酒家

那天与欧巴在一次机缘巧合下有幸尝到加影斐翠大酒家的北京鸭,从此便对它恋恋不忘。
所以,这次特地与欧巴再造访斐翠大酒家只为了解馋。
这里的北京鸭的 minimum order 是一只,分量还蛮大的,像我跟欧巴两个人就吃不完。
店家会用刀将烧鸭的皮取出,配着葱花和甜酱,用薄饼卷着吃。

如此的吃法并不会感到鸭皮的肥腻,清新的葱花和微甜的酱,让人欲罢不能。
一口接一口的,很快就把一整盘吃完了。
剩下的鸭肉有三种做法可以选择,我们选了原汁原味的烤鸭。
另外两种做法忘记了,但是单单只吃沾了酸梅酱的烤鸭已经很好吃了。
北京鸭的价钱在 RM30 以下,我个人觉得是满便宜的,而且最重要是好吃。

回复删除i think it is quite famous around that neighbourhood although i have not been there before. anyway i love peking duck, would love to try someday

I was in Kajang just a couple of weeks ago!! I had so much satay but not Peking duck. Somehow, it didn't cross my mind. Wished I had read about it earlier.

The duck skin wrapped with popiah skin looks delicious. I want to try it soon.
