舌尖上的怡保：平淡的美味- 猪肠粉 @ 万里望

在怡保游玩，肯定少不了本地猪肠粉。
上一篇提到港式的，这一篇就来到了本地的。
怡保的猪肠粉还有其它更有名的，但是这一间却在当地打响了自己的名号。
特别之处就在于它的配料选择非常多，咖喱的种类更是不胜枚举。
首先登场的是咖喱鸡。
有马铃薯很好吃。
咖喱的辣度刚刚好，也不会太油腻，让人不会感觉到负担。
人气配料包括咖喱鸡、咖喱猪皮和炸鸡。
它的配料犹如经济杂饭似的，还有好吃的糕点。
咖喱配料不止是局限于以上的而已，还有海鲜类。
猪皮很好吃，是女性的养颜美容圣品。
有着天然的胶原蛋白，炸过的猪皮充分的吸满了咖喱汁，一口咬下去真的是用爽来形容。
猪皮好吃到忘记了原来猪肠粉才是主角。
这家的猪肠粉嫩滑，撒上芝麻、炸葱和最基本的酱油，更加显得其平淡的美味。

回复删除Hey that is a very elaborate way of eating Chee Cheong Fun. I would love to try it when I am in Ipoh. I am sure my Hong Kong and Guangzhou friends will be very surprised by this :-D Thank you for sharing.

回复删除when people talk about ipoh, it always has been dim sum or chicken rice. good to know there is another delicious local cuisine over there to try!
