Sungai buloh 新村里邂逅鲨鱼粥：和记海鲜饭店

那天与欧巴途经 sungai buloh 觉得肚子饿，便到 sungai buloh 新村吃午餐。
Sungai Buloh 里有很多餐馆，我们选择了和记。
和记的老板娘是 sekinchan 人，所以就把 sekinchan 特色的鲨鱼粥带到了 sungai buloh。
清甜可口的鲨鱼肉切成大小适宜的厚度，让人可以一口一片鱼肉地吃。
可取的是，粥的稠度适宜，鱼肉也烹调得刚刚好。
我们点了两人份的鲨鱼粥，端上桌的却是一个大瓦煲，里面装着满满的粥。
粥装在瓦煲里可以维持粥的温度，即使吃到最后，粥还是滚烫的，非常过瘾。
而且，鲨鱼粥的分量很大，我和欧巴俩可是费了一番力气才得已吃完。

另外，我们也点了 Sungai Buloh 特色的凉拌 Paku 菜。
新鲜清脆的 Paku 菜配上 cherry tomatoes 非常的爽口。
微酸带甜的凉拌酱提升了整道菜的味道，非常适合做为开胃菜/前菜。
本人蛮喜欢吃 Paku 菜，但餐馆通常都是 Belacan 炒 Paku 菜或是咖喱 Paku 菜。
所以不能吃辣的我，凉拌 Paku 菜是我可以 enjoy 的一道菜。

扣肉生面的滋味非常好！
扣肉经过长时间的焖煮，非常入味，而且厨师的调味也刚刚好。
浓郁的好滋味让这道面一上桌就成为众人的焦点。

三道菜总共的价钱是 RM 47 (inclusive of tax and GST)。
我个人觉得这家餐厅的价钱公道，食物的分量大且味道好。

回复删除The paku vegetable look delicious. Usually Paku can been found in Sarawak and now I can enjoy it at Sungai Buloh.

回复删除Not sure if Google translate is messing up but it says you are eating shark porridge. I probably wouldn't eat it but I guess it's not cruel if you also eat the meat haha

删除Actually, shark is being endangered because of overfishing for shark fin.
But fishing purely for shark meat alone will not endanger them.
