Mahkota Cheras 每天都有 Lunch set：Won Korean Restaurant

那天，我与欧巴又再一次回到 Mahkota Cheras 的 Won Korean 餐厅用餐。
很特别的一点是，Won Korean 的 Lunch set 是每天都有的，而且时间也比较长，从上午 11 点到下午 3 点。
Lunch set 的选择多元化，如果选择饭类的话就会附送 6 样 side dish，如果选择的是面食呢就只有泡菜 1 样 side dish。
值得一提的是，这家餐厅的 lunch set 还附送 1 杯 sujeongkwa teh。
冰冰凉凉且喝起来带有甜甜的味道，在网上找的资料显示是韩国的传统饮料，用柿饼，桂枝和姜来制作的。
Lunch Set Menu
欧巴点了 jeyuk bokeum，其实就是辣炒猪肉片。
切得薄薄的猪肉片用韩式辣酱拌炒，配上爽口的蔬菜，非常下饭的一道菜。
韩式辣酱虽然看起来红红的，但并不会太辣，且辣中带甜。

我则点了韩式炸酱面，炸酱面的面条有点像是我们普通吃福建面的那种面条。
稍微粗的面条在搅拌之后沾上酱汁，口感很好。
炸酱面的重点在于他们的酱，黑色的酱里有肉碎，紫菜和芝麻。
Jajang Noodle (RM 9)
这里的炸酱面也可以选择饭去配炸酱。
本人试过后觉得其实炸酱配饭比配面好吃的多了。
饭会吸收炸酱的酱汁，比起面条变得更入味。

Pajeon (RM 15)
Pajeon 里满满的葱段和鱿鱼让人吃了非常过瘾。沾上特制的蒜米辣椒酱，对我来说就是再好不过的
comfort food 了！Pajeon 厚度适中，口感很好。粉对其他材料的比例相对较少，可以吃的出店家满满的诚意。虽然
pajeon 并不算是主食，但是如果你也像我一样喜欢它，那一份
pajeon 绝对可以让你很满足。
Ddeokbokki
Ddeokbokki 算是较广为人知的韩式传统食物。年糕加上包菜，葱和鱼饼，再配以辣酱让人很容易吃上瘾。年糕煮的比较软，很有嚼劲。材料上的搭配，可是让人爱不释口。这个是欧巴在这里最喜欢吃的。

回复删除Tteokbokki 떡볶이 are my faves when visiting Korean restaurants. Love the chewy texture of the rice cakes. The spicier the dish, the better!

回复删除The Korean Pan Cake look nice. My office is far from Mahkota Cheras. Hope their have this lunch set on weekend.
