IoI City Mall 里让人惊艳的瓦夫: Madame Waffle

那天与欧巴吃过晚餐后到 IoI City Mall 逛逛，无意间让欧巴发掘到这间新开张不久的 Madame Waffle，爱吃甜食的欧巴又怎会错过它呢。
"Madame waffle is a Japanese style quick-service cafe serving artisan Belgian waffles, specialty coffee and green tea. The waffles are prepared using the finest ingredients imported from Japan and baked fresh daily on site."
看来这家店对他们所售卖的食物有很好的 QC (Quality Control），坚持用日本进口的食材和每
天新鲜烘焙。店面的设计也很有特点，淡褐色，一格格的设计让人一目了然就是卖 waffle 的。
这家店用的设备跟 snowflakes 很相似，在还钱后店员会给顾客这个设备。当 waffle 准备好后，这个设备就会开始发亮和振动，以告诉客人可以去拿 waffle 了。
欧巴点了一个绿茶口味的 waffle ，现烤得 waffle 飘着一股香气，一口咬下去时外酥内软，很好吃。绿茶的 flavour 很分明，涩涩的茶香味提升了 waffle 的整体口感，让人就算吃多了也不会腻。
